How Kokar plans, seats and limits work — and what happens when you change plan.
Everything about paying for Kokar: what each plan includes, how seats are counted, and what changes when you move up or down a tier.
Kokar bills per seat, either monthly or yearly. A seat is one person you have invited to the workspace and who has accepted. Yearly is 12 × the yearly per-seat rate, paid up front — which works out at three months free compared with paying monthly.
Every plan includes AI credits, pooled across the workspace, so there is no separate AI subscription to buy.
Tasks and docs are unlimited on every plan — the plan you choose controls the structure around the work (how many spaces, projects and folders you can create), never how much work you can put inside it.
There is no free plan and no trial. You sign up, create your workspace, and choose a plan on the billing page; the workspace opens the moment that first payment goes through. See Choosing a plan.
Two things to know before you pay: cards issued outside Iraq pay a 4% fee on plans (never on credit top-ups), and payments are not refundable — nothing renews on its own, so nothing is ever charged that you did not choose.
