Your photo, name, sign-in details, notifications, connected AI assistants, and deleting the account.
Everything in the My Account half of settings belongs to you rather than to the workspace, and follows you into every workspace you join.

Email and password only appear if you created the account with an email and a password. If you sign in with Google, Google owns those details and Kokar leaves them alone.
Changing your email sends a confirmation to the new address, and the new one does not become your sign-in until you confirm it.
Notifications
Two ways to set this up. Start with a preset and only fine-tune if you need to.

Below the presets, every event is listed by group — Tasks, Mentions, Sharing, Chat, Calls, Attendance — with two switches each:
- Inbox — the bell in the top bar.
- Mobile push — a notification on your phone.
Events that are directly about you carry a lock on the inbox switch and cannot be turned off there. Change any switch by hand and the preset label turns to Custom; picking a preset again resets everything.
Connected apps
AI assistants — Claude, ChatGPT — that you have connected to Kokar over MCP, and which can read and write on your behalf in every workspace you belong to. Each one lists its default workspace and when it was connected, and Revoke cuts it off everywhere immediately. Only you see your own connections.

Connections are per person
An assistant connected here acts as you, and can reach exactly what you can reach — no more. Revoking it does not affect anyone else's connections.
Danger zone
One action: delete your account, permanently.
It takes everything tied to you, and any workspace where you are the only owner is deleted in the same cascade — with all of its spaces, projects, tasks and docs. If a workspace should outlive you, make someone else an owner before you start.
Workspaces owned by other people are unaffected; you are simply removed from them, and the work you created stays.
There is no undo and no grace period on account deletion. Deleting a workspace is different — that one has a 30-day recovery window. See workspace settings.
Frequently asked questions
Does changing my name or photo affect every workspace?
Yes. Your account is one account across every workspace you belong to, so the change shows up in all of them.
Why can't I change my email or password?
Because you sign in with Google. Those details come from your Google account, not from Kokar. Accounts created with an email and password can change both.
I turned a notification off but still got it in my inbox.
Some notifications are about you personally — being mentioned, being assigned a task, being invited. Those always reach your inbox and are marked with a lock. You can still turn their phone notification off.
What happens to my work if I delete my account?
Anything you created stays in workspaces owned by other people. Workspaces where you are the only owner are deleted along with you, so hand those over first if anyone else needs them.
